I haven't been doing too much with my website lately, but am trying to get back into it. I wanted to learn more about this cpanel. What is it, how to install it, how to configure it, its ins and outs, etc...

Does PHP Nuke some how come into play with this? Is this the programming interface that cpanel runs in?

Any help you can give me would be appreciated! I am using this site to learn mainly so I want to see how easy that cpanel is to use and if I can still do what I want with my site.
